It is part of the CCS company mission that as employer and employee, we all serve together. CCS has created a work environment in which each employee is a valued member of the CCS team. We recognize one another as teammates who deserve mutual respect and cooperation. Clearview Cleaning Service has 128 employees in the state of Idaho, many of whom have worked for CCS for more than five years. - Supervisors are trained to work with staff members on improving the efficiency and productivity of their duties and in setting specific goals and objectives that will increase their experience and skill and make their work more meaningful and rewarding.
- Pay increases and bonuses are given to reward employees for self-supervisory performance and for suggestions and modifications to improve contract performance and/or cost effectiveness.
- Monetary bonuses are regularly given for exceptional work, extra work, and to those workers who show that they are dependable, honest and diligent in their work.
- Vouchers to movies, gift baskets, and certificates to restaurants are also given for work that goes beyond normal requirements (such as when we start a new contract and the building needs extra attention to bring it up to our standards).
- CCS hosts an elaborate holiday dinner party in December to celebrate the accomplishments and successes of the year and to acknowledge dedicated and exceptional workers. Thousands of dollars in cash and prizes are also given by CCS President.
