Company History

CCS has been independently owned and operated since 1995 by entrepreneur Sylvia Hampel. Ms. Hampel is an Idaho local of more than 25 years. She worked as part of the CCS janitorial staff for the first six years to entrench herself in the business in order to ensure that the services provided were exceptional in quality, efficiency, and affordability. Ms. Hampel completed training in floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and window washing, and continually researches and testes the best available cleaning products on the market. Furthermore, Ms. Hampel’s college degree in Business Management afforded her a keen ability to utilize her skills in customer relations, and employee selection and management.

CCS is dedicated to business growth in the North West Area but primarily in the Idaho marketplace in order to contribute to, and be a positive member of the local economy. In addition, CCS is committed to maintaining and providing the highest standard of management controls, exceeding the competition’s performance levels. We attribute our current level of success to a carefully selected and well-compensated team of dedicated and experienced employees, superior work ethic, and an unwavering focus on customer relations. Open communication, where continual feedback and interaction between all parties, is of utmost importance.

CCS is also proud to be one of the leading environmentally responsible (“Green”) janitorial companies in Idaho, actively encouraging and assisting our clients to participate in green cleaning practices and recycling programs. CCS is instrumental in helping clients maintain high level environmental ratings and has adopted the use of Green Seal approved cleaning products for more than eight years. Full documentation of our program is detailed herein.

CCS President, Ms. Hampel, is committed to implementing the use of environmentally friendly chemicals, practices and equipment as much as possible due to the benefits to her staff and clients and especially due to a responsibility she feels is imperative to public health, safety and our environment as a whole. Ms. Hampel had been asked to speak at local organizations and has also served as a consultant for numerous businesses due to her expertise in this field. She has helped several clients including Banner Bank, Vengaworks Professional Center and the City of Meridian build and maintain LEED certified buildings.
